For Louis, real estate has been a lifelong love affair rooted in a passion for design, architecture, and construction. His fascination for market value and appreciation led to the launch of his appraisal career in 2001. As the owner/operator of Metropolitan Appraisal Service, Louis evaluated all types of properties across all five boroughs, giving him an exceptional understanding of price and quality.
He brings that same unbiased, honest approach to his real estate sales career. Since 2009, Louis' hard-working dedication has empowered clients to make wise, well-informed decisions whether they're buying for the first time, upgrading, downsizing, or relocating. A longtime Brooklyn resident, Louis resided in Park Slope and Bay Ridge for decades. He's known for his contagious enthusiasm for the borough's character, culture, and diversity. In his free time, he can be found putting family first in every way possible, including chauffeuring his daughter to dance classes, cheering his son in various sporting activities, and spending time with his wife exploring new restaurants.
